Are Your Items New Or Used
99% of the items I offer on Ecrater are estate finds and I strive to offer you the best of the best. I would never offer any item for sale that I wouldn't be proud to display in my own home.
On occasion I do offer NEW items and those will be listed as such.
How Do I Contact You
I may be reached via email at firstname.lastname@example.org . Email is checked daily and responded to as quickly as possible.
I may also be reached by telephone at 417-624-0281 from 7:00 am to 3:30 pm CST Monday through Friday.
How Do I Pay For My Items
I accept the following forms of payment:
US Postal Service money orders, cashiers checks, Google Checkout and PayPal to CONFIRMED ADDRESSES ONLY. If you wish to pay by money order or cashiers check my mailing address will be sent to you with your invoice.
When Will My Item Be Shipped
Your item will be shipped within 72 hours of receipt of payment or sooner. If payment is received on a Friday your item will not be shipped until Monday. I ship daily via FedEx Ground service ONLY.
If you prefer an alternate method of FedEx (expedited shipping) please advise and I will provide you with a new ship charge.
What Is Your Return Policy
I offer a 7 day money back guarantee less the original ship charge on all items that I sell. I do not accept returns without a proper authorization number provided by me. If you return an item without this number the package will be refused.
